We are located inside of GLAMOURIST STUDIOS located at:

5709 W Gate City Blvd Suite 205 

Greensboro, NC 27407 

You can also type “RINSSKIN” directly into Apple Maps and it will pull up the exact location as well. 

If this is your first visit to our location, we recommend arriving a bit early to familiarize yourself with the premises and ensure you are on time for your scheduled appointment. Please note that our tardiness policy remains in effect.

If you arrive early, please wait in your vehicle. Kindly refrain from entering the treatment room, as I may still be with another client, preparing, or on a break. I will come to the waiting area to escort you when I am ready to begin your service.

Extra guests will not be allowed entrance.

 

Tardiness

Effective communication is essential to maintaining a premium experience for all clients. To ensure this standard, we allow a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are not present within 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will be considered a no-show. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. Please note that this policy is strictly enforced.

If you anticipate being late, it is your responsibility to notify your service provider before your appointment time. While the policy remains unchanged, the service provider may, at their discretion, choose to accept your appointment after the grace period, which will incur an additional $10 charge on top of the service price.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

To avoid forfeiting your deposit, please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling can be done through your booking confirmation email. Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable.

For no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, a charge of 50% of the remaining balance will apply. Booking with RINSSKIN will be prohibited until all no-show or cancellation fees have been paid.

 

Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward the total cost. The remaining balance can be paid by cash or card. Please note that taxes will be added to card transactions. If paying by cash, please bring the exact amount, as we may not have change available. 

Refunds will not be issued once you have left the facility. It is your responsibility to address any concerns with your esthetician before departing.

 

**Please refrain from attending your scheduled appointment if you are experiencing any signs of illness. For the safety of our staff and other clients, service will be refused, and you will be asked to reschedule. You are required to notify us of any illness before your appointment date and time; otherwise, your appointment will be cancelled.**
